Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. However, because many of our home decor items are handmade to order by global artisans, specific lead times are noted on each product page.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Are the home and kitchen products food-safe?
Yes, all of our artisanal pottery, glassware, and serving pieces are lead-free and meet or exceed FDA standards for food safety unless specifically noted as 'decorative only'.
